Returns

If something is not right, tell us within 15 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in their original condition and packaging.

How to return

Contact us with your order number and the reason. We will confirm the next steps and arrange collection or give you a return address.

Refunds

Once we receive and check your return we refund the amount you paid for the item to your original payment method. This can take up to 7 working days to show in your account.

Exchanges

If you would prefer a different size or colour, ask us. We will exchange it if stock allows.

Items we cannot take back

For hygiene and safety we cannot accept returns of opened personal-care items, or items made to your order, unless they arrive faulty.
